Strengths-Based Parenting

Strengthening caregiver-child bonds involves fostering the connection within a family to create a stable foundation of trust and care.

Establishing a sense of felt safety with your child helps caregivers identify their child’s needs and design a predictable environment with emotional and physical safety. Feelings of safety increase a child’s ability to self-regulate and improve social skills!

Join us for six weeks of learning and growing in your role as a caregiver!

We will be visiting the following topics:

Week 1: Identifying your role and needs as a caregiver.

Week 2 – 3: Strengthening bonds and creating a secure attachment.

Week 4: Establishing a sense of felt safety with your child.

Week 5: Using structured responses to set your child up for successfully meeting their needs.

Week 6: Putting it All Together
